After you have checked out online, once the order is confirmed on our end, we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item is shipped which will include your tracking number.
Shipping & Handling will take approximately 10-15 business day on average (Please note business days do not include weekends & holidays).
All our products are listed online if in-stock, however sometimes they're irregularities which may mean an item cannot be shipped. In these cases we will reach out to you via email as soon as possible to arrange and alternate product, or provide you with a full refund.
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. We are not responsible for out of stock items or delivery errors or delays.
Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may become unavailable before a certain item is processed. In these cases we will reach out to you via email as soon as possible to arrange and alternate product, or provide you with a full refund.
We use Australian Post, Sendle, or other shipping carriers for domestic orders (AU) & Australia Post, UPS, FEDEX or other carriers for international orders (WORLDWIDE)

Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser if that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other order information. Other items are pre-order, which means they will ship within a specified time frame after the order is placed. All limited release and pre-order items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items.
